Apple drops NDA limitation for iPhone apps

After receiving many complains on how it is managing its App Store, Apple decided to fix one of the many issue: the NDA.

Apple originally intended to use the “Non Disclosure Agreement” just to prevent competitors to steal secret technical information on how its popular device works, but it ended up to be a too heavy burden also for the developers whom wanted to write applications for the iPhone, since they were unable to even share programming skills between each others.

According to Apple, the developers will receive a new agreement without an NDA covering within days.

That’s a really good news for every owner (I am not one of those) of the iPhone :)
