Microsoft stated that it will reveal several details and “in-depth technical information” regarding Windows 7 to the participants of its Professional Developers Conference (PDC), scheduled for October 26-29, and at the Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC), scheduled for November 5-7.
The announcement has been made on a recently opened section of the MSDN blog that will be used in the future to contain all the official news about Windows 7.
Microsoft is aiming to provide more open communication about Windows 7 as Steven Sinofsky and Jon DeVaan, senior engineering team leaders and authors of the blog, stated that “With this blog we’re opening up a two-way discussion about how we are making Windows 7″.
According to Microsoft, Windows 7 will be released around the start of 2010.
