Ubuntu 8.10 Beta Released

Canonical Ltd. released today the beta version of the 8.10 version of Ubuntu.

Between all the changes from the 8.04, the most important one is the inclusion of GNOME 2.24, X.Org 7.4, and the Linux kernel 2.6.27.

The final stable version will be released on October 30th, 2008.
